Since joining Carlson Consulting Engineers in 2001, Joseph Parsley has worked on the design of large scale commercial and outparcel developments.  In conjunction with these projects, he has also completed numerous municipal designs including roadway development and utility installations. As Vice President, Joseph is involved with reviewing the majority of the firm's projects.

Joseph graduated from the University of Tennessee, Martin in 2001, where he received a  Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
